Education

I have a Diploma of Health Science and am currently completing a bachelor's degree specializing in Speech Pathology from James Cook University. I also have Diplomas in Counselling and Community Service Work.

Experience

I am a teacher at heart and although I do not have experience tutoring adults, I have experience tutoring school children as well as providing mentorship to young people and students. I would very much like to provide guidance and assistance to students in need of additional help and support. Tutoring sessions with me are always student-centered, which means that my students always determine the pace at which they want to learn, as well as the topics and materials that we will focus on. I have the skills, expertise, and experience to provide quality academic and learning support, guidance, and assistance to students on a variety of subjects from grade 7 math to grade 10 reading and writing.
