I am studying at James Cook University and currently enrolled in a bachelor of physiotherapy.
Experience
I do not have background experience tutoring Math, however this was my strongest subject in primary school and high school so I believe I can help students with Math from primary school - year 10. I achieved an ATAR score of 91.85 and achieved a study score of 39/50 for maths methods and 33/50 for specialist maths. I represented my school in year 12 for the Maths Olympics, held at Melbourne University, which is a competition of selected high schools and 6 representative students in Melbourne to compete against each other in the field of math. Almost every year I competed in the Australian Maths competition from years 7-12. In year 8 I performed really well and achieved top 6th percent in Australia. I would like to become a part time/casual tutor because I feel that it is a rewarding profession to help students get that much needed early kick start into the generally disliked field of mathematics.

Hobbies
I enjoy hanging out with friends, playing soccer and general exercise. As a child I enjoyed entering competitions and competing with my fellow peers. I enjoy listening to music and still have an old habit of playing computer games. I always love to lend a helping hand which has attracted me to the health field and recently attracted me to tutor students who find math a bit challenging.
